     Some of the field officers, SDEs, GEs, DGMs, & GMs, are misusing their office powers to pressurize and force the Officiating JTOs, who are not willing to go to the repeated JTO Phase I Training, to compulsory attend the same. They are threatening Officiating JTOs by not letting them to enter and work in their respective office.

     Don’t get pressurized instead inform us the name of officers with all the details of such instances on a paper duly signed by you. We are going to appeal Human Rights Commission against this. Don’t worry friends we all are with you.

Act of Corporate Terrorism by some officers of BSNL Mgt. & SNEA

Contempt of Court case NO. CP15/2016 is heard in Mumbai Court on 26^th Feb.2016.

Surprisingly Court posted the case to 14^th March 2016 on BSNL Advocates’ request without giving any interim order which gave an opportunity to BSNL Mgt. to revert the officiating JTOs for training and pressurize them by threatening to delete their names from promotion list and so on.

Some of the field officers of SNEA threatened to not allow signing and entering in office premises if the training order is not obeyed. All these facts will be brought before the court.

Because of heavy mental pressure and fear, some of officiating JTOs are suffering from the Blood pressure and other health problems and therefore we advise them to go for the training if unable to handle the pressure.

The pending cases will be persuaded to defeat the illegal / unethical actions and orders.

Dear friends,

We express our sincere thanks to all brave officiating JTOs of MHT circle for giving the representation against forceful arbitrary repeated first Phase JTO Training before posting as Regular JTO as per JTO RR 2014.

Some of field officers of SNEA are misusing their official status as was done by AGM Admn. & AD Training o/o CGMT MHT Circle during the court case proceedings and there after which is on the records of the Mumbai CAT, to create fear and pressurize the officiating JTOs to avail the training by threatening to relive for training ignoring the already submitted written request.

We are going to file Contempt of Court Petition in the Mumbai CAT on 23^rd Feb.2016

We will also ask for appropriate directions against forceful implementation of arbitrary training orders for those who are not willing to go for training before disposal of Contempt of Court Case.

If the BSNL Mgt. has no courage to do the justice to the officiating JTOs, then let the court decide the appropriate way to implement the Mumbai CAT directions in case OA No 487/2013.

Congratulations, we have received communication from Chief Vigilance Commissioner Office. Our complaint is registered with CVC and complaint number is 1625/2016/Vigilance2.

Our Advocate has issued preliminary notice of contempt of Court to CMD BSNL & CGMT MHT Circle on 25^th Jan 2016, with reference to the reversion order of 9 Officiating JTOs issued by GMT Solapur and non issuance of officiating promotion order in MHT due from 2^nd Jan.2013.

SNEA Maharashtra is publishing misleading information regarding Mumbai CAT case. Be aware of these people because these are the people who encouraged DR TTAs and their Union SNATTA to file false case against BSNL Boards decision

We have received the final draft of perjury case to be field in Chandigarh High court from the Advocate. The case may be field on 15^th Feb.2016.

Dear friends,

12 weeks period given by the Mumbai CAT court to implement its order will be completed by the end of January 2016. BSNL Mgt. has to implement the court order as it is or file an appeal against it in the Mumbai High Court.

AD Training of CGMT MHT Circle is exploiting the situation by misusing his official status and creating confusion amongst the Officiating JTOs by asking them to withdraw from the court case, which is already resulted in the favour of Officiating JTOs, to get regularization as per JTO RR 2014.

The advice published by SNEA Maharashtra Circle is contravening to the Mumbai CAT order and indirectly threatening and creating fear in the mind of officiating JTOs for the reasons known to them.

We appeal all officiating JTOs that if anybody is willing to accept the repeated First Phase Training he can do so as and when such order is issued by the Office, but please do not create any opportunity to such unions to spoil our case again.

Decision of imposing the repeated First Phase Training before regularization is only for circumventing court judgment. The same will be brought to the notice of the court at the appropriate time.
