                   Respected Sir,

With reference to above dairy No.155641 Dtd.  21/08/2013.  I request with this letter to your honour kindly dispose off my appeal at early date, directing to CPIO & First appellate Authority to provide the information sought and obliged.
Sir, I am waiting for your honours reply on appeal since 25th Sept. 2013.
Sir, I have also send First Request letter for early disposal of my appeal on 09/01/2014.
       And two requests on line through Web site of Information commissioner on
       Dt. 10/04/2014 & 14/04/2014.
Second Request letter for early disposal of my appeal on 25/04/2014.

Sir with this request letter I humbly request you that the further delay in getting information may result in denial of justice, and right to get the information under the RTI Act 2005. I also submitting the factual information, and reason related to the information sought under RTI 2005.
Sir CPIO & First Appellate Authority is intentionally denying the information. The delay is causing undue hardship to the 1800 DOT recruited employees of BSNL all over India including my self.
