Trip arty Hearing through Video conference on our Second complaint against CPIO of CGMT Haryana under RTI 2005 is successfully completed on 20^th April 2015.

Initially I explained how CPIO failed to provide Information sought which may be available in Corporate Office of BSNL New Delhi.

CPIO tried to convince that he had supplied all the information available with him.

After hearing both arguments Chief Information Commissioner hon’ble Shri Basant Seth directed CPIO to supply the Information sought, may be available at any office unconditionally within 15 days without any cost. 

We hope that at least now true, actual and complete information will be supplied.

If we find that the information is inadequate or tampered, we will again approach to the Central Information Commission, New Delhi for intervention.

The second Notice of Hearing is served by the Central Information Commission, New Delhi on our complaint dtd. 19^th Jan 2015 against  CPIO of BSNL CGMT Haryana.

The hearing is fixed on 20^th April 2015 through Video Conference at NIC Computer Centre, Collect orate Office Nashik for applicant  and,
NIC Studio, mini Secretariat, Ambala City for CPIO of BSNL CGMT Haryana.  Before Honorable Shri Basant Seth, Information Commissioner, New Delhi.

Mumbai CAT Court case is heard on 17^th April. 2015.

Copy of Chennai High Court Judgment is submitted.

Case is posted to 11^th June 2015, for final hearing.
