          The Reason for This application is, I am one of the 3338 person affected by this judgment and now it is came to my knowledge that in original Writ Petition No.5608 of 2007, the applicants furnished incorrect and wrong information, hence this application to get the pleadings and documents submitted by the applicants in their petition and Rojnama.

I undertake to pay the charges for the same.

The purpose of these papers for filling Perjury case against the applicants in the of Civil Writ Petition No. 5608 of 2007.

I have not received any communication with respect to my Application for imposing penalty under Sec.20 (1) (d) of RTI Act 2005 Dtd.  19/01/2015. 

Sir I have submitted my first application for information to CPIO on 2^nd April 2013. CPIO & First Appellate Authority is intentionally without any valid reason denying the information since around last two years.

The delay in getting information sought is causing undue hardship to the 1800 DOT recruited employees of BSNL all over India including my self.

I request with this letter to your honour kindly dispose off my application at early date. I am enclosing here with the copy of application.

Mumbai CAT Court case is heard on 26^th march. 2015.

Case is posted to 17 April 2015, for final hearing.

Chennai High Court dismissed BSNL & SNATTA’S appeal against Chennai CAT Judgment to Regularize the Officiating JTO’s in unfilled vacancies of year 2000 & 2001. We congratulate all Tamilnadu Officiating JTO’s for their efforts.

We are very happy that, we are continuously in touch with Tamilnadu officiating JTO’s team and having exchanging our court case details and views of each other. This judgment will also help us in our Mumabi CAT Court case.

Dear friends,

We met our High court Advocate along with Mumbai CAT Court Advocate and discuss about the Information received so far from the CGMT HARYANA, and regarding filing perjury case against 8 Applicant TTA’s, for producing false information before the court.

During the meeting Advocate told that we have sufficient documentary evidence to file perjury case against both, 8 Applicant TTA’s as well as Respondent BSNL Authorities and in charge officers of CGMT HARYANA .

We have already moved an Application to The Registrar of Punjab & Haryana High Court for issuing Certified Copies of the Civil Writ Petition No. 5608 of 2007.

After receipt of those copies we will file Perjury Case either in Mumbai High Court or in Nashik District Court.

Cetificate of Recognition  Swarna Award is presented by CGMT MAHARASHTRA to DTO CSC Bhandara.

We convey our heartily congratulations and best wishes to Shri S.S.Janagade Officiating JTO who maintain the CSC, and all the DTO CSC staff of BHANDARA SSA for their achievement.
