He advised to file charge with perjury in High Court of Punjab & Haryana,

Against 8 Applicant TTA’s for producing false information before the court.

With reference to the above I submit the following for your consideration.

6) Statement of facts:

            For the above referred complaint reply given by CPIO amounts knowingly giving incorrect and misleading information, inasmuch as in the original RTI Application the information sought was,

a)      Copy of Note sheets & the correspondence with reference to the communication referred above made with Corporate Office.

Copy of Note sheets for letters & all correspondence culminated in the decision for implementing the court order of High Court Punjab & Haryana without filing SLP in Supreme Court.

However CPIO has given only copies of Note sheets, and did not provided the letters and correspondence, and the note sheets culminated in the decision for implementing the court order without filing SLP in the Supreme Court, on the grounds that this information may be available in the BSNL Corporate office.

And further stated that it was never asked by me, which is not true. Thus the CPIO failed to forward my application within five days to BSNL Corporate office as required under Sec. 6 (3) (i) (ii) of the RTI Act for providing information.

The aforesaid act of CPIO amounts to providing knowingly incorrect and misleading information in violation of Sec 20(1) (d) of RTI Act 2005 hence this petition..

One day Dharna Programme is organized at national and circle level by Bhartiya Telecom Employees Union, on 5^Th January 2015.

Under the leadership of Shri. L. M. Shinde Circle Secretary BTEU Maharshtra Circle, Dharna Programme at CGMT MHT Circle Office, Santacruze, Mumbai From 11 Hrs. of  5^Th January 2015 is organized.

Regularization of All Officiating JTO’s is one of the important issues of the Dharna Programme.

All officiating JTOs of Maharashtra Circle are requested to attend the Dharna Programme in maximum numbers.
