We had a meeting with ABG Consultant & Advocates Mumbai High Court on 11th June 2015.

All three Advocates attended meeting.

Consultant Advocates have studied all the documents submitted to them (Documents received from The Registrar Of The High Court for States Of Punjab & Haryana. And Documents received under RTI 2005 from CGMT Haryana).

    The Advocate opined that,

From the available information it is seems that in Writ Petition No.5608 of 2007, the applicants furnished incorrect and wrong information to the  High court.

    There is sufficient documentary evidence that Applicants & Respondent in the case jointly misguided the court for pre decided judgment and there for perjury case can be filed against them.

Perjury case is to be field in the High Court for States of Punjab & Haryana to avoid delay.

They also advised to file one more complaint against Shri. Kamal Kumar  Sr. GM & CPIO &  Mr. G.K. Upadhyay First Appellate Authority CGMT Haryana under RTI 2005 for imposition of penalty  for intentional delay in providing information sought before Chief Information Commissioner & or in the High Court.

    The process for registration of forum of officiating jto’s is initiated, with purpose to protect the interest of officiating jto’s.

We request all Officiating JTo’s to join Forum of officiating JTO to strengthen the unity.
