Dear friends,

We met our High court Advocate along with Mumbai CAT Court Advocate and discuss about the Information received so far from the CGMT HARYANA, and regarding filing perjury case against 8 Applicant TTA’s, for producing false information before the court.

During the meeting Advocate told that we have sufficient documentary evidence to file perjury case against both, 8 Applicant TTA’s as well as Respondent BSNL Authorities and in charge officers of CGMT HARYANA .

We have already moved an Application to The Registrar of Punjab & Haryana High Court for issuing Certified Copies of the Civil Writ Petition No. 5608 of 2007.

After receipt of those copies we will file Perjury Case either in Mumbai High Court or in Nashik District Court.
