Dear friends,
We are perusing with the grate Right to Information activist
Honourable Shri Anna Hajareji for his kind advice on not getting
the required
Information from BSNL Management. And compel CGMT Hryana
to honour provisions of Constitution of India. It is
expected that we may get
his meeting shortly.
We have also discussed with Advocate Shri. N.B. Sood &
Associates during his visit
at Mumbai on 25th Feb. 2014 , about the proposed
legal action to be initiated against
the decision of High
Court of Punjab and Haryana in the case CWP 5608 /2007
Where all the Applicants
filed wrong service information before court.
Mr. Sood expected to reply in a day or two.
