Because of our Complaint to Central Information Commissioner New Delhi against, CPIO O/o CGMT Haryana for providing incomplete Information on our second Appeal under RTI Act2005.
CPIO O/o CGMT Haryana has provided some more important information in 53 pages.
Still some specific information is intentionally not supplied, for which One more Complaint will be submit after legal advice of our Advocate to Central Information Commissioner New Delhi, against CPIO O/o CGMT Haryana for providing incomplete Information.
Our Advocate also advice to file complaint in High Court of Punjab & Haryana against,
8 Applicant TTA’s for producing false information before the court.

No separate information is provided except certain remarks from which it can be inferred that Managing Committee on its 104th Meeting on dt.4/11/2008, has taken certain decision in this matter.

Neither the copy of Note sheet nor Letter or correspondence which has culminated in to the decision for implementing the Punjab & Haryana High Court order was provided about the decision taken in the 104th Management Committee Meeting held on 4/11/2008.
Had this information is not available with CPIO. He should have forwarded my application as per RTI Act to the Corporate Office to provide the required information which was deliberately not followed and there by not provided the information. .This amounts to refusal of Information.

In view of above, I pray your honour to kindly impose suitable penalty on CPIO as per Section 20 (1) of RTI Act 2005for providing incomplete Information in spite of the orders to provide the information by C.I.C. on my Second Appeal.

expected the information supplied by CPIO of CGMT Haryana under RTI 2005,
There
is sufficient documentary evidence of intentional mishandling, hiding of facts from
the court, on the part of CGMT
Haryana who was dealing with case.
But
the information is not complete, and many words are missing in some important
documents.
After
complete scrutiny of information, and legal advice from our Advocates we may again
approach to the Central Information Commission, New Delhi for intervention.

Congratulations,
finally today I have received Information sought from CPIO of CGMT Haryana
under RTI 2005.
I
have received 68 pages information related with the civil rite petition no.
5608 of 2007.
During
the overlook of received information it is almost confirm that we are the
victim of corporate terrorism of some of Officers of BSNL Management and Direct
Recruit TTA’s.
After detailed scrutiny of the papers, if we will find
that the information is inadequate or tampered, we will again approach to the
Central Information Commission, New Delhi for intervention.
Set
of received papers is also dispatched to our Advocates for legal advice.

Congratulations,
Hearing on our Second appeal under RTI
2005 is succeeded today, finally CPIO Of CGMT Haryana agreed to supply the
Information sought unconditionally within 15 days without any cost.
We hope that
full true, actual and complete information will be supplied.
If we find
that the information is inadequate or tampered, we will again approach to the Central
Information Commission, New Delhi for intervention.
We tried to
avoid to insist for imposing penalty over CPIO, CGMT Haryana for intentional
delay without any valid reason in giving the Information considering the fact
that Officer In charge of CPIO & First Appellate Authority are not
responsible for mishandlings in the civil
rite petition no. 5608 of 2007.
Let’s hope
this could be the first step in finding the truth how SNATTA managed civil rite
petition no. 5608 of 2007. In the High

8) Brief facts of the case
A Civil Writ petition was filed by 8 Telecom Technical Assistants (TTA ’s) of BSNL Haryana Circle at Punjab & Haryana High Court.
The outcome of the case has affected the promotion of about 2500 senior TTA ’s all over India including the applicant, due to the suspected mishandling of the case by the CGMT Haryana BSNL hence the information were sought.
9) Reason Grounds for this appeal
The information sought was refused by the CPIO & First Appellate Authority under section 8(1) (h) of the RTI Act.2005 and also stated that the disclosure will not be in the interest of BSNL/ Dept. as case is pending and it is subjudice.
Reason given for refusal of information is not tenable as there is no investigation or apprehension of prosecution of offender is involved in this court case, hence Section 8(1)(h) of RTI Act 2005 cannot be invoked. Also merely by providing this information, there is no act of subjudice committed by CPIO & First Appellative Authority.

The Honourable Chief Information Commissioner be pleased to direct the CPIO to provide the information sought.

Sir CPIO & First Appellate Authority is intentionally denying the information. The delay is causing undue hardship to the 1800 DOT recruited employees of BSNL all over India including my self.
